A little about Jersey Mortgage Company, a little about me...
This is my 26th year in the mortgage business. I've worked for some outstanding companies during my career. The majority of that time was spent at Fleet and Wells Fargo. And after all those years, I am happiest right here at Jersey Mortgage Co. We're not too small, but not too big! And, we really can do just about any type loan you can imagine. Conventional, Government, Residential, commercial, reverse; we can do it all. But as a loan officer, what makes me the happiest, is our in house processing, underwriting and closing!
While we're on the subject of happiness, some of the other things that make me happy are my wife of 37 years, my three children, and most of all, my five grandchildren. I love it "down the shore." I enjoy boating, fishing and old Corvettes. I'm a big Yankees fan and even bigger Giants fan. I enjoy laughing. I really enjoy good food and I enjoy the company of long time friends. I am a Viet Nam Veteran (1969 to 1971) and I am proud to have served my country. I am a Life Member of The Military Order of the Purple Heart, a member of the Viet Nam Veterans of America Chapter 688 and American Legion Post 328.

Speaking of Veterans, it gives me great pleasure in helping a Vet experience the American Dream, especially when it's " No Money Down " or maybe a cash out refinance to help pay bills. Whatever the situation, our in house staff does it's best to try to get every veteran approved.
We also do a great job with FHA loans. Again, having our in house underwriters is a BIG help! With the virtual disapearance of sub-prime lenders, FHA is the next best thing. Where else can someone go with a 620 credit score and 3.5% down??? Or how about a 85% LTV cash out refinance???
