About Me

I've been working with loan officers since I was 19 years old!  My easy going personality along with a definite sense of URGENCY have taken me a long way in this great home loan business.  I've had the pleasure of enjoying the happiness of people getting their first home or moving up and perhaps ascending to the point of being able to get a vacation home or refinancing to lower their payment, payoff bills, put their kids through college.  Processing all types of home loans has always challenged me and I've never grown tired, bored or burned out because every family is different and I get to make a difference in their lives.  Helping my loan officers structure those deals the best way for everyone and RUSH them towards closing is my main goal.  If it takes hand-carrying, working late into the evening or on weekends--we gotta get it while it's hot! 

I am COMMITTED...have INTEGRITY...and DEDICATED to my profession and those I SERVE.  Besides all the loan processing, I've invested many years in Underwriting as well.  I know what an underwriter is looking for to substantiate their approval decisions.  I know what "alternatives" to their conditions to suggest if we're having difficulties in getting exactly what they have required.  Understanding what an underwriter faces, "after" our loans close and we've been paid and are on our way, compels them to want to work "with" me.  That is a big PLUS for the team of Processor and Loan Officer!

Areas of Expertise

Although I've spent many years working on conventional home loans, I SPECIALIZE in FHA and VA government home loans!  They call me the GOVERNMENT GURU.  I have my FHA Direct Endorsement underwriting CHUMS number and I am a VA Automatic underwriter as well as a VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer [SAR].  I am located in the Temecula Valley, for the past 10 years, in southern California .  I moved here from Orange County & Los Angeles County where I was raised and educated.

My  motto is "Processor-On-Call" because I want my loan officers to know they can contact me at any time so that I am available to help them INCREASE THEIR BUSINESS and we could INCREASE "OUR" INCOME together as a "team".
