Much of the information is hard to find, you have to shuffle through tons of links and some is even out dated or not applicable.
When i decided to cancel, i ended up cancelling on the same date as my monthly bill was due. Well, they did not want to refund my monthly charge despite doing my best to plead with them.
Imagine if i had taken that route with all my Hotel guests when i was a hotel manager, "sorry no refunds". I wouldn't have many repeat customers would I?
So i won't be recommending L2L
