There are different schools of thought on this. Personally we have never gone down this path - but - we have had extensive discussions with some that have. On the "plus" side one broker who does subscribe reports that approximately $1,000 investment results in 1 transaction - however - they acknowledge that for the $1,000 investment, there are numerous leads that need to be "worked" by their team members to distill this down to one transaction, and they do not track the amount of time it takes for this distillation. On the "minus" side, there is no guarantee that any transactions will result from the leads purchased. Perhaps Zillow should consider taking on the "distillation" process and selling leads that are guaranteed "ready to go" for $1,000?
