Review for Top Producer CRM

Full disclosure...I am a conflicted soul. I love gadgets and new technology yet, I do not like change. I have been frustrated with having to learn new technology and systems every. Our office embraces the new and better technologies frequently. I seem to be dragged along not necessarily kicking and screaming but with a stoic, silent skepticism. Top Producer has been under utilized by me. I was not happy when I felt some comfort and familiarity with 7i to be cast into the very different version of 8i. It looks great and has a lot of capabilities but honestly, I haven't invested the time. Will I ? On the other hand Eedge is my company wide choice. I do love how it integrates everything . I see it as stronger in the marketing and lead generation area but I miss some of the Top Producer database management components. I am at a crossroads...where do I spend the time to learn and utilize the program to optimize it for my needs and business. Only time will tell but this way isn't working. YET.
