I have used this CRM twice before switching over to Top Producer. They have made some nice improvements to the CRM especially the look. The look and feel still reminds me of working in a Microsoft ACCESS database platform ( I use to create databases in ACCESS) Unfortunately Ixact Contace was not what I needed and wanted. I was looking for something more Robust and a database that would help keep me organized, focused and help me nature my contacts & clients.
Pro's
1. Simple to use
2. GREAT customer service (they are so nice!)
3. GREAT free trail period (they really give you an opportunity to use the database before you start paying for it)
4. No Contract
5. Newsletter is nice once you learn how to implement it
6. Tracking for the Newsletter
Con's
1. Not that visually appealing kind of boring
2. Access database feel
3. Basic
4. Can't upload your own contacts....have to go through them
5. Bug issues ( a few things did not always work)
6. Cost (it cost a few dollars less the Top Producer and offers a lot less)
7. Does not work with external emails
