In June of 2011 I moved my business to a new market. Obviously moving half way across the country any previous momentum I had with my website was worthless. Starting with a brand new domain name, and a very limited budget I stumbled across Realgeeks. Priced extremely competitive without a rediculous upfront fee I decided to give it a shot. Site was up and looked good, only problem I had was like every other Realtor I had no traffic. Following the suggestions of Realgeeks Owner Jeff Manson, and a few other Realgeeks Clients that I came to talk with on a regular basis, I began to dominate the search engines. A page one Ranking for competitive terms such as Omaha Real Estate and Omaha Homes for Sale. A page one slot one ranking for thousands of long tail searches. After six months of consistent effort on my part the site began to generate enough leads to become a self sustaining business model for me in a new marketplace. I could not be happier with the results for the minimal monetary investment.
