Bringing with me the experience of working full-time as a REALTOR® at Century 21 Desert Hills Realty and a Mortgage Broker at EQ Lending Corp. as Senior Private Loan Specialist, being able to offer a well rounded service to my clients. Offering a wealth of experience including administration at Coldwell Banker and 13 years experience as an assistant to a Business and Immigration Consultant, experience as the executive assistant to the CFO of Get Set Group, supervised diverse building schemes, now focusing on education and implementation in International project development, management, facilities planning and construction supervision, several areas of controlling, sales management and marketing.

EQ at its base state is a Boutique Mortgage Brokerage licensed with FICOM and RECA (the licensing bodies in British Columbia and Alberta), with a number of sub-mortgage brokers and mortgage associates that facilitate financing for Canadian consumers. However, I, Goetz Kopf, Senior Private Loan Specialist - Residential & Commercial and Daman Lehal, Broker/Owner of EQ, have expanded our original purview of commercial financing of small commercial properties/portfolios of $1 Million to $10 Million to include a specialized branch in capital investment/seed funding for larger projects. We have a number of projects in our portfolio which will allow us to lend our expertise. We entertain project sizes up to $100 Million independently, and larger projects would be syndicated with sister firms/contacts globally.
