As a lifetime resident of Milwaukee, I grew up on the Northwest side of Milwaukee and currently live in the Historic Sherman Park Area (I love old homes :)). I studied at Carroll University, formally Carroll College, and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications and Graphic Arts -- putting me into the world of Marketing and Advertising.
For the past couple of years, I have worked in the corporate environment and have invested in residential real estate with my husband. I began to LOVE real estate. The challenges, the excitement, the possibilities! I LOVE IT ALL!
I chose to become a REALTOR and have not looked back!
I specialize in the First Time Home Buyer because I have first hand knowledge of the emotional elements that go along with buying your first home. I am a believer that working with a great Realtor is the key to success in any real estate transaction. I want to make your first experience as seamless as possible.
I also enjoy working with real estate investors. As an investor myself, I understand the other elements that go along with buying into real estate. Not only do you want a good deal, but a property that produces residual income, can easily increase in equity, and has the potential to attract quality tenants are other aspects of the transaction that need to be considered. I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.

As a city employee, you are a direct attribute to Milwaukee's dynamic. Having a husband who is an educator and working with other city employee's has become an interest of mine. Don't shy away from living in the city . . . It can be the best decision you make!
