I am passionate about staging NJ homes to sell quickly and working on interior design projects for homeowners who want to enjoy their homes more. I have 2 grown sons, one with special needs, and am an advocate for autism employment and research, a former business freelance writer, supporter of animal rights and rescue, and a baking and gardening enthusiast.
Do you know how buyers see your home? Does your home compete favorably against all the other ones on the market? Do you want to get the most money possible out of your biggest investment? With 7 years of staging and design experience and a certificate in both fields, I know what styles buyers appreciate and relate to. I work hard to transform your property into a stand-out that will likely sell for top dollar and quickly. The cost of staging is ALWAYS less than the cost of your first price reduction if you DON'T stage. Almost every house -- furnished or unfurnished -- can benefit from staging to overcome buyer objections and make it look warm, inviting and more spacious. Stagers know how to create environments that buyers emotionally connect with!

I can stage any size or style of house or apartment to fit its target demographic. Part of my service involves conducting the research to know what your market is and how your property needs to be presented to the public. I am an expert shopper who keeps up with the trends in home design and can generally work with your own furniture and belongings; my expertise is in knowing what needs to be stored elsewhere, how to de-personalize and neutralize spaces to appeal to the most buyers, how to pare down rooms to the desirable minimums to make them look more spacious but still inviting, how to rearrange furniture and accessories for the best flow and look, and where and what to buy in terms of any new pieces your home may require to bring it up to buyers' standards. I have over $30,000 worth of accessories (small furniture items, rugs, lamps, art, mirrors, bedding, towels, throws, pillows, florals/trees, decorative items) to bring life and "pizazz" into your home to help it stand out from the crowd and make a lasting positive impression. Every home has drawbacks and positives; I know how to downplay the former and play up the latter to full advantage!
