At Starkey Mortgage, we specialize in pleasing everyone involved in the transaction by making it smooth and hassle free. Basically, all mortgage companies have the same products and competive rates- we are different because we do what we say we are going to do and we return our phone calls. Don't fall for the "we give good service" line. You should expect good service and competitive rates- you are the client. What you want in the transaction is to deal with someone who makes you feel comfortable. You need to understand the process and what will happen next. Our company seperates itself from our competition during and after the loan process. We attend our closings and send out a Thank you package after closing with a copy of your appraisal, an amortization scedule and a Thank you gift! What other company does what they say they are doing to, gives you a warm fuzzy feeling during the process, attends closings and is a friend for life? Just Us. And we are waiting to hear from you!
