As a full time real estate professional with over 20 years experience, Andrea is committed to providing the highest level of service to her buyers and sellers. In 2007, Andrea was Voted Best Real Estate Agent by the readers of Connect-Savannah and Savannah Magizine --it has been repeated again in 2008, and 2009.. This recognition highlights the knowledge,value and expertise that she brings to every transaction.
Andrea has also recieved Certifiication by the Historic Savannah Foundation for training in Historic Properties.
Andrea is very involved in giving back to the community. She is a member of the Telfair Academy Guild(Tag)--and its recently formed group for business and professional women, called Wibitag,The Downtown Neighborhood Association,and She is team captain for Mopper-Stapen, Realtors--Relay for Life Team--for the American Cancer Society. As a member of the 1st City Club --she is involved in "Women on the Move"--working to build networking opportunites for all women.
Andrea, loves to cook and entertain and for a brief period her and a friend owned and operated a resturant/catering business.
In her former life--she was Clinical Director of Outpatient Community Mental Health Services, for an 8 county area in S.E. Ga. During that time she was a successfull grant writer and a strong advocate for prevention services targeted to at risk children and youth

A resident of the downtown Savannah Historic Landmark district, Andrea is uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions of historic properties. Savannah, has several protected historic districts with the Landmark district being the largest.
The other districts include: Ardsley Park/Chatham Cresent, Gordonston, Victorian, Thomas Square Streetcar, Cuyler/Brownville, Daffin Park/Parkside, and Eastside Historic District. Among her qualifications, she is a certified realtor by the Historic Savannah Foundation, and is able to assist clients in understanding the unique charateristics of their properties, so they can promote and protect the integrity of these valuable structures.
Although her passion is historic homes in the various historic districts of Savannah, she also delights in showing homes on the Islands & letting buyers see the lifestyle in these marsh/ oceanside communities.
