My previous experience before becoming a Realtor was in searching titles before the closing.  I tell people that when I became a Realtor, I went from the bottom of the real estate transaction to the top.  For those of you who have never purchased a home you may not know all of the steps involved and all of the key players that work together to close the deal so that you can become the owner of your home.  As a Realtor, I walk the first time homebuyers through the homebuying process teaching them the many steps it takes to prepare for the closing.  For those of you who have lived in your home longer than 15 years and you sell it, you could easily be considered a first time homebuyer, also.  The process has changed so much in the last 15 years that you need a Realtor that will walk you through the process all over again. 

One of my many areas of expertise in this business is coordinating and working with all the key players to make my client's closings go smoothly.  As the buyer's agent, I have to coordinate the termite inspection, the home inspection, the homeowners insurance, speak almost daily with the lending institution, and stay in touch with the attorney's office.  If any one of these key players don't get their jobs done in a timely manner, it can slow down or even stop the closing process.  I stay in contact with all my key players and with my clients to keep everyone on track.  As the seller's agent, I am in constant contact with the buyer's agent to make sure that their key players are on track so that my seller has no surprises at the closing.   

Because of my previous experience in searching titles, I am well known with the local attorneys.  This helps me to work well with their office personnel.  I know the stress that they go through to get the loan package complete and the HUD statements worked out.  I have prepared HUD's and loan packages so I have empathy for them.  All my experience in this field helps me take the stress off you.  I am  BRINGING HOME RESULTS
