I have many years of experience as a real estate attorney in residential and commercial real estate closings (purchase, sale, refinance and lease of real estate) including the purchase of REO properties and handling short sales.  In addition as a title agent I can directly issue title insurance policies for real estate closings.  I  have substantial experience resolving real estate titles, and am very familiar with the real estate closing and title insurance process in Connecticut (having worked for title insurance companies, title search companies and a mortgage lender in addition to being in private practice).   I provide my real estate clients with practical, personal advice based on my years of experience as a CT real estate attorney.  I strive to provide excellent service, and to keep the closing costs as low as possible.
