There are many facets to a real estate transaction and I enjoy working throgh all of them. Even the challenges.
I've been a licensed, active, full time real estate agent in Arizona since 2006. When the market collapsed a year later we all witnessed the rise of foreclosures and short sales and watched a glut of houses sit empty for months and months. Transactions changed dramatically. It was a tough time, BUT never a better time to learn the business.
Real estate is always dynamic and thankfully our local market has turned around. I see it strengthening and stabilizing more every day. Now I take the education I received during those very difficult years and use it to the benefit of my clients.
Knowing how to negotiate, keeping all parties engaged, marketing effectively, pricing appropriately, offering strategically and staying up to date on local housing trends are just a few of the skills I have to offer my clients.

| As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home seemed very difficult. Jennifer simplified the process for me. Her knowledge of the market is second to none. She appointed me with the right loan officer that helped me with a first time home buyer program. In this competitive market, she was aggressive in making sure I got the best deal possible. She did her due diligence in helping me find the home I'm in now. I couldn't have found a better realtor and I will definitely refer her to anyone. |

| I worked with Jennifer Schaefer to buy a new house and to sell my current house. Buying Process – I gave Jennifer my list of requirements for a new house and she only showed me homes that met my criteria. I have heard stories about agents showing any house just to get you to buy. She never did that. She was always focused on finding the right house for me not just trying to get me to buy something to get a commission. She was also very flexible with her scheduled and made time to show me homes on my schedule. Selling Process – After successfully working with Jennifer to buy a new house I decided to have her sell my existing house. She picked a starting price that would get solid action. We listed on Thursday. By Sunday we had 4 offers all over asking price. Once the buyer's home inspection completed, we worked on the repairs they requested. She told me the ones to repair and the ones that the buy should take care of, which was most of the repairs they requested. Jennifer told me they would not walk away if we didn't repair everything and she was right. She saved me money anticipating what the buyers would be willing to live with. I can't recommend Jennifer enough to either buy or sell your house. I would work with her again without hesitation. |

| Jennifer is exemplary with client service. What originally attracted me to Jennifer was her ability to focus on what was wanted and targeting only properties that met the requirements, saving time and making the decision process that much easier. Jennifer is extremely well versed in the real estate transactions. An excellent manager who effortlessly keeps track of all the parties involved: you, the other realtor, lender(s), title company, etc. a major requirement to keep the deal on track. A veritable wizard with difficult scenarios such as short sales, and an admirable ability to keep lenders on point. The fact is I have already recommended others to Jennifer, and will continue to do so. One can not endorse anyone better than that. |

| listed my house with Jennifer Schaefer. She did such a good job for me that I feel compelled to talk about it. What I would like to say is that she is very people oriented. When she says she is going to do something she actually does it. She is exceptionally friendly and is an all around great real estate agent. Jennifer listed my house and had it sold in one day. She closed the deal right in front of me. The house was sold for over asking price. I must admit that she was looking out for my interests in a very admirable manner. To sum this note up all I can say is that I am exceedingly happy with Jennifer’s performance and would happily refer anyone else to her that had any real estate needs. |
