We thought he would get sick of us for not finding a home sooner, but 6 months after we started looking with Ben, the house that was great for us was found. | I live in Los Angeles so I searched online for local agents in downtown Minneapolis. I called multiple agents and scheduled meetings. I flew in from Los Angeles to meet a few agents and immediately recognized Ben was different and a step above the other agents I spoke with. His knowledge was evident and he had a well though out plan to stage and list the property. During the entire process Ben was instrumental in delivering expertise and advice. He was even kind enough to store a few items personally during the staging process so that I did not have to fly in again to move them! I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone looking for fantastic representation in real estate. |

| We were so lucky to find Ben, especially since we were relocating to Minneapolis and had so little knowledge of the Twin Cities. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, and he helped us find the best options on a very tight schedule. We thoroughly enjoyed all of our interactions, and we appreciated the depth of his knowledge and his positive attitude--which saw us through some initial disappointments in a real estate market that moves much more quickly than where we were coming from.
