I am a licensed Title Agent with 12 years experience.  I facilitate property transactions in Mecosta and surrounding counties.  I pride myself on having smooth, efficient closings and working closely with all parties involved to achieve this goal.  I think it is important to be flexible and accomodating to everyone's schedule, therefore it is not unusual for me to schedule closings for evenings, weekends, or out of the office.

I have been voted "Affiliate of the Year" by the West Central Association of Realtors, two years running.  I am active in the county with the Chamber of Commerce, and have served as an Ambassador for 8 years.

My office is part of a family of 13 offices that service all of Northern Michigan.  We have our own in house 1031 company, an online "Transaction Coordination" program and we offer many educations programs to our clients.  There are many resources available to us and a variety of underwriters at our disposal.
