Managing our short sale, Bobby Lehmkuhl and his crew worked tirelessly to secure qualified buyers for our home in Calabasas even in the face persistent resistance and road block put up by our lenders. When Chase dithered about, Bobby persevered. When the second balked and delayed in an attempt to leverage a better deal, Bobby held their feet to the fire and made the deal work. Even though the delays from the lenders caused 2 deals to fail, Bobby used his local knowledge to wear a path in our carpet with qualified buyers and other agents until other solid offers were produced. Without his help and the help of his dedicated crew we would have walked away from our home of 20 years. Bobby has our thanks.

Bobby and Danielle helped me with my first home purchase. They both were available, attentive, and made the whole process a little less painful/stressful.
They both also helped me rent my condo and did an awesome job of showing my condo. Initially, I advertised my rental through Westside rentals, but only had 2 people interested - one of which did not show up for the appointment to see the condo. Since I was not able to allocate time, not find any potential tenants, my stress level was exponentially increasing. When Bobby and Danielle took over, they were quickly able to find me tenants. They also took care of all the paperwork which was a relief since I was a first time landlord.
Bobby took the time necessary to find out exactly what I wanted, quickly got the seller to accept my offer, and got me my dream house. Danielle made the paperwork process easy and painless. They were both great to work with, and I highly recommend them.
When I first started shopping for real estate, I went to many open houses and drove by tons of towns looking for what I wanted. The Sunday trips and useless agents quickly became a burden, and soon I had given up. However, after I met Bobby Lemkuhl, I not only found the house I wanted but also a place to make my home. Best of all, the house is a jewel: gated entry, paved driveway, brickwork in and out, back patio deck with a jacuzzi and sauna, beautiful kitchen, wood floors, and much more. I finally found my own home.
After seeing what I wanted, Bobby and I immediately made an offer and negotiated the best deal possible. Bobby was with me through every step of escrow, ensuring I understood it all. And whenever I had a question, problem, or felt lost in the process, I could always count on him to take care of it and lead me in the right direction.
