| My husband and I had been looking for a home for awhile but the market was crazy. We decided to work with a real estate agent and Brian has been the best!! Within maybe 2 weeks of looking at homes he sent me a house listing and we looked at it the next day and made an offer. | We connected with Brian through the Dave Ramsey ELP program and are very grateful for the service he provided to us! From the beginning of the process it was clear that Brian had the expertise not only in the real estate business but also home inspection and construction knowledge that was very helpful to us. We are not familiar with potential inspection/construction issues and as soon as we visited properties he recognized possible issues that could cost us down the road. In addition, he was also very responsive through email, phone and text which made us feel immediately comfortable with him because you can tell he cares about each of his customers. After the closing process, we assumed that was the end of the relationship with Brian but he offered to continue answering questions for us and give advice about the house, contractors, home warranty, etc. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate professional! |

| I can't express how happy I am that Brian represented me in the sale of my home. I read the reviews of many Real Estate Professionals online and narrowed it to three choices. I contacted all three and only Brian contacted me within two hours on the phone. The other two responded with an automated email saying they would be in contact with me shortly. It was a week later when they called. Brian and I met within two days at my house and I decided to go with him. He knows this business inside and out. He walked me through each step and explained what we were doing and why. We listed the house on a Monday and had multiple offers by Wednesday. We had it under contract that Wednesday. It took a little over a month to close but Brian stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of the progress. | Moving from Boston and relocating to TX there were lot unknowns and we had to get this right the first time. Well, we did thanks to Brian. He is a class act that knows his profession, market and how to guide you through it all. We are in our new home now and still lean on Brian for certain things like referrals and know-how in the area. | Brian is an amazing realtor! We were moving from out of state and no idea what we were getting ourselves into when moving to Texas! Brian emailed us many potential listings to look at which was great since we couldn't jump in our car and take a look! When we came to town, Brian took us around and not only showed us homes but gave pointers on neighborhoods, locations, house construction, schools, landscaping, climate, the list keeps going! We had a lot of questions and Brian answered all of them!! When we found the house we wanted, he suggested negotiations which we hadn't thought of (in our favor of course!) Even after we moved in I still reached out to him with some questions and he answered! Brian is an all-around great guy and a fabulous realtor!! I'm so glad we found him!!! |

| We recently purchased a home in Texas moving from Iowa. Brian was a blessing for us. His knowledge of what to look at when tours the homes help. With his construction background he walked through the house looking at if as if he was the one buying it. The sellers were challenging (not wanting to respond to good offers) and Brian stayed on top of it. He knew this was the house we wanted and pushed to get us counteroffers. | In the Fall of 2015 I begin my search to purchase a home in the Fort Worth Area. I needed a good, experienced Realtor. I used a well-known Radio personality that I trusted who endorsed local Real Estate Agents as a starting point to finding a Realtor. I interviewed one person in the Keller area and decided that we weren’t going to be a fit because he required I sign several contracts before they would do any work for me. Next I came across Brian St. Clair. Brian seemed like he understood this industry very well and Real Estate was clearly a full time profession for him. Brian was so helpful and friendly. He got me set up on the MLS to search homes quickly. He answered promptly all my emailed questions, voicemails and text messages. He was never pushy and was always willing to schedule time to go visit homes with me. After looking over several homes we decided that for me the best thing was to build a home. Brian helped me locate a builder in the area that caught my eye. Brian worked diligently with the builder, selling agent and myself to ensure all my needs were covered. He always kept me in the loop and took the time to educate me on the “material elements” of the transactions and contracts. Brian was always available with options for whatever I needed but never pushed me to do something to get a paycheck. He was always there to explain to offer me options available to me but then let me make the decision. I really appreciated that. His experience in the industry, his contacts with all professionals involved and his past experience working for a home builder really made a difference throughout the buying process. All together from the time I made the first call until the time we closed on the house Brian and I worked together for nearly 10 months. Brian never stopped contacting me once he got paid. He has several times reached out to see how I am doing and to answer questions I have about my home purchase. I will be using Brian in the future and referring him to friends and family. | I was a first time homebuyer at the age of 59 who had no prior experience at all in the process of finding and purchasing a home. Brian was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail as we went along even answering the most stupid questions. He was very helpful in pointing out a properties +/- of properties ( especially regarding repairs minor or major) that I looked at . | We had tried to sale this home in 2010 but had no luck. We were a bit disappointed in our realtors at that time feeling they were not really working for us. Needless to say we really did our homework on agents this time around and after interviewing many, we chose Brian. We also sold our home in Fort Worth while living in California and Brian took care of so many details that were not part of his job, it just totally made this a nearly stress free event. Here is all you need to know about Brian: 1. He is completely honest and trustworthy 2. He’ll work exceptionally hard for you 3. | After having a very stressful home buying experience previously, I knew how important a quality Realtor can be to smooth out all of the bumps in the road along the way. Brian more than achieved this during both the sale of our old home and purchase of the new. I believe the initial time and effort he took setting up an excellent website of our home went a long way towards us selling in the first week of listing. During the confusing transaction processes, anytime my wife or I needed a question answered, Brian was always quick to get us an answer that was thorough and well-explained. He offered his expertise when needed, but was never pushy and wanted us to be happy with our own decisions. He also took the time to look forward and assist us in taking care of issues that could have been considerably worse further down the road. We cannot recommend Brian highly enough! |

| The sale of my home was no easy task. After dealing with several other Realtors over a 2 year period, I had accepted defeat when the home didn't sell. I pulled the home off the market. Then I met Brian St.Clair. I listened to his game plan on marketing the home and actually felt that this guy knew his business better than any of his peers in the industry. His marketing plan and use of resources was incredible. In addition, his personal attention to the sale of my home was second to none. I actually felt as if I was his only customer. The home sold very close to asking price and we actually had offers within 4 days of the listing. (What? after 2 years of listings and we offers in 4 days?)Incredible. Once we sold our home, we endured a long 2 months trying to find our perfect new home. We made 2 offers on homes that ended up having underlying issues that prevented us from closing. Brian never got discouraged and would immediately engage by creating additional searches throughout the area. Looking back, it was only through his determination to satisfy a customer that found success. We finally found our dream home and Brian made sure he was just as committed as he was on day 1. It is important to also note Brian's policy on communication. From emails, to text messages, he is always on his game. When I called, he always answered and I mean ALWAYS. | Brian St. Clair has been a blessing to our family. We owned a home in Watauga and had been trying to sell for over two years with two different Realtors who absolutely lacked in advice, motivation or service. Brian is the only one who came into our home and was honest and gentle about what we needed to do to get our home sold. He NEVER stopped working for us! He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to texts, phone calls or e-mails. Any question my husband or I had was never beyond his answering. While our home was on the market it was broken into and vandalized. Brian helped in every way he could offering multiple times to come over and help us with anything and everything he could, even if that meant getting a bucket with some water and soap and scrubbing. He was patient and understanding and helped us through the whole ordeal, and now here we are standing on the other side with a SOLD sign in our yard. Brian has now helped us find the perfect house for our family of five. I knew what I wanted in a house and knew I would search until I found it. NO SETTLING. Brian, a Realtor, actually understood that. It did not matter how many homes we went to see or how many times I changed my mind about a house, Brian was always patient and never forceful.
