Guaranteed Rate is based in Chicago. Some of us work from our home in Indiana so we can market both states. We meet our customers at their home instead of them driving to meet us somewhere where they arent familiar with the area. I cover the entire state of Illinois and Indiana, not just specific areas or counties. If you need a loan done, we will get it done if its possible. I am located in Dyer and I have a co-worker in Lowell. If there are conflicting schedules with customers, we always try to get the other loan officer to meet with them. We make a point to go to ALL of our closings to ensure that the file is done as we structured it and it closes without incident. You can generally get a hold of me 7 days a week. If i am not available, you can count on a return phone call as soon as the message is received. We do not leave people hanging. I am Licensed in Illinois under the new laws and regulations set forth by the state of Illinois. We are FHA/VA certified as well in both states which some loan officers are not. We specialize in first time homebuyers as well as FHA. Yes there are numerous programs available for all types of clients. If there are issues on the credit, we will not turn you down. We try to inform you on how to fix the issues so we can get the loan closed. The only time we cant get the credit issues resolved, is when the customer isnt willing to help. We dont work miracles, we try to educate and inform our customers on how to better their credit so we can get the best possible deal for them. We also have the ability to forward our calls to co-workers when we arent available so you have a smaller chance of getting a voice mail or answering machine.
