Get to Know Caitlin Murphy
Caitlin is the Office Manager of Raving Real Estate, but also a licensed REALTOR. Born in Wyoming, grew up in Yuma, Arizona, and then moved to Wheatland, Wyoming while still young. She attended the University of Wyoming, which finally brought her to Laramie.
Caitlin received her Real Estate License in early 2008 and became a fundamental part of Raving Real Estate handling many of its day to day affairs and clerical needs.
Caitlin is also a dedicated Mother. She and Brendan have two daughters, Amelia (3 1/2) and Falyn (1). She and Brendan are very dedicated to Laramie and plan to stay here a long time, raising their family and building their business!

Certifications
She enjoys working with Buyers and they like her soft-sell approach to finding them the right home. She is very organized and able to stay on top of Buyers' needs.
Caitlin has also already acquired her first designation, the ASP or Accredited Staging Professional Designation. This means she is specialized in Home Staging, the art of preparing a home for sale. She and Brendan work together to stage homes listed by Raving Real Estate, as necessary. At one point, she wanted to open her own interior design business, and the staging aspect of Real Estate has allowed her to express this talent she's always had.
Caitlin is also an excellent writer, she hopes to write Children's Books someday! Her writing style is very descriptive and she makes use of an excellent vocabulary. This brings an extra marketing skill to our business. Every piece of advertising gets Caitlin's nod of approval before heading out the door for print or delivery!
