Full time agent in Real Estate on Cape Cod since 1985. As a Top Producing agent in my market area, and in the RE/MAX system, I bring expertise, experience and attention to detail to every transaction. I am known to offer support and encouragement through the process of Buying and Selling, and most of my business is repeat and referral because of that.

I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation (only 3-4% of Realtors obtain this), as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). In the RE/MAX system, I attained the Hall of Fame designation, and have been at the high levels of production among RE/MAX International agents for 14 years.

Those achievements mean nothing without satisfaction of my clients-both Buyers and Sellers of all ages and income levels. Cape Cod might be expensive relative to other parts of the country, but I work hard to overcome obstacles to the purchase and selling process.

I am expanding my work with the over 50 year old age group, many of whom are thinking about retiring and moving to idyllic Cape Cod from other areas. For Seniors 65+ who might be contemplating a move, I offer consultation to assist in the 'downsizing' or moving process.  My goal is to be an advocate for my clients, providing the finest analysis of market conditions, options to simplify the decision process, communicating with other concerned family members.

Since 1985, I have also worked with many first time buyers, guiding them gently through the substantial and often confusing process of buying a home. Working with the most experienced and ethical mortgage professionals, I avoided the injustices of having my clients obligating themselves to unrealistic mortgage programs. 

As a strong Listing agent, I pay special attention to the Internet marketing and presentation of my listings. I have always been at the front of new enhancements available through new technologies and market research to expose the listings both to prospective Buyers and other Realtors who may have a Buyer ready to buy. My list price to selling price ratio has been consistently 2+% higher than the average in our Multiple Listing Service, as I negotiate very effectively. When I have given the proper guidance in positioning the property for pricing, the property will sell, and for more money--even to Buyers represented by Buyer Agents!
