Purchasing or selling a home is a big deal. A buyer or seller would want to work with someone who knows what they're doing. As a REALTOR® we abide by a strict code of ethics and ensure trust in our clients. Having e-PRO® certification provided training in having a technology plan of action and an internet marking plan to enhance my real estate transactions. As a professional, a buyer or seller would want someone who is familiar with the economy, the real estate market and an understanding of financial and business models. Having a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) has given me skills in many areas of business such as finance, leadership, organizational behavior, marketing, management and economics.
What sets me apart from other agents is that I am not in the business for the money. I have a passion to help others and love real estate, so it's a win win! Also as an entrepreneuer and business owner, I have more flexibility in terms of negotiating vs. an agent who has limitations on what they can do within their boundaries working for another broker.

Luxury Homes: I have experience in assiting clients sell or purchse luxury homes in upscale areas of San Francisco, Oakland, the Peninsula and surrounding cities. For selling it takes a lot of creativity and professional marketing. Finding the right target audience to market a luxury home is essential to making a luxury sale successful! For buying luxury homes, I understand that the location, the home's features, amenities, neighborhood and schools are important.
First Time Buyers: Our company is partnered with a non profit program in Oakland, CA that assists first time home buyers in taking proper steps to repair their credit, build a savings plan and eventually purchase a home in the bay area with FHA loans. This program also assists homeowners in foreclosure with Loan Modifications and helps them rebuild their credit to purchase in the future.
Sellers in Distress: I have over 9 years of Short Sales experience; working with the bank's loss mitigation departments and working with negotiators. I know what they are looking for and how to actually close a short sale transaction. It is rewarding to me helping someone in financial trouble, knowing I made a difference.
