Originally from Wyoming, Chelsea has been a part of this community for seven years and is pleased to claim Alamogordo as home.  For the last 2 ½ years she has been assisting the public with their property tax and assessment inquiries at the Otero County Assessors office.  While serving the public she has gained a solid understanding of the local real estate market as well as the property valuation and taxation procedure.  She has also been an associate of Western Bank where she administered real estate loans and acquired extensive knowledge of the financing process.  Her hands-on insight of the industry combined with her determination is a sure solution to the challenges any home seller or buyer may encounter.

In her spare time Chelsea can be found studying for her degree in Business, renovating her home, devoting her time to her love of the culinary arts or enjoying the wonderful desert outdoors.
