I have lived the majority of my life in Cedar Rapids. I am married to a wonderful man and have 3 boys who are the loves of my life. After being able to stay home with my boys when they were younger I enjoy the flexibility that being a Realtor has allowed me. I am still able to stay somewhat involved with my sons' schools, sports and other activities. With the support of my family I have also been able to explore some of the leadership opportunities that have presented themselves in the 3 1/2 years I have been a Realtor. I have been on our Board of Directors for a year and am Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors 2008 president - elect. I will be President of our association in 2009. I am like every other working mom and struggle with trying to keep a balance but somehow manage to. As I help my sons grow and shape their lives I am able to do the same with my career. Success is more than the amount of money one makes - although its a great perk.
As I said in my profile I specialize in my clients. Whatever the needs of my clients are I strive to meet those needs. Each and every transaction is unique. My business philosphy is Honesty, Integrity and Service. I thouroughly enjoy what I do. I appreciate the real estate transactions that go smoothly BUT I welcome the transactions that have challenges. These are the transactions that allow me the opportunity to learn and grow. The more I know the more valuable I am. My focus has been residential but at some point I would love to move in other directions.
