Anthony DeSuno (Tony) embarked on a career in real estate in 2003. | We had our place listed for 8 weeks though another realtor and we only had 4 showings and no real offers. We ended up firing the first realtor and going with Tony in November (a bad month for renting) and he had 18 showings in the first week and had our place rented with 10 days at full price and an 18 month lease. I would highly recommend Tony. He was up front with me and under promised and over performed, which is rare with realtors in my experience. I will be using Tony in the future for not only renting my property but selling when the time comes. |

| My husband and I have worked with Tony DeSuno for 8 years now. We own two apartments in Streeterville and whenever they are available, Tony is the only person we call. One of them is very high end and not as easy to rent. Well, Tony works so hard and finds only the most qualified of tenants to present to us. He does a thorough background check on potential renters. We have never had a realtor work as hard as he does. At the end of lease terms, I will always contact him for advice. He is amazingly available to my texts and emails and always very upfront and honest. If you are looking for a realtor who has integrity and honesty, I would highly recommend that you interview Tony as a potential partner in your real estate dealings. |

| When I was looking for a place to stay, it was in the middle of winter with a very short lead time. I had specific things I was looking for within a specific price range and it was very hard to come up with a list. And then I contacted Tony. He understood exactly what I wanted and more. Not only did he help me see the exact properties I had in mind, he came up with targeted suggestions that fit my needs. It was really hard for me to find someone who can show both apartments and condos but Tony went the extra mile to show me what I wanted from both. In the end, I ended up going with his rental suggestion, which I didn't even think about at first. And I love the place. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, and shared his honest concerns and feedback about each property after showing. He genuinely wanted to find me a place that I would be happy in. You can't go wrong with him, he is very accommodating and easy to work with. I even recommended him to my brother, who also ended up in a place he's happy in. |

| My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a condo in the South Loop last fall. We chose Anthony Desuno to be our realtor and were so happy with our choice. | My fiance and I came to Chicago to look for an apartment and had a mere 48 hours to complete this task. Our agent, Tony, was fantastic and without him, this would have been an impossible task. Tony took us to nine buildings and was knowledgeable about each one. In addition, Tony was a Wikipedia of Chicago information and very easy to get along with. | Tony was absolutely a wonderful broker to work with. Not only did he represent the seller of the Gold Coast condo we purchased, we trusted Tony to represent us as the buyer too. He was very easy to work with and came through with everything he promised. Acting as a dual agent, he work both sides of the table to make the deal happen leaving both parties satisfied with the negotiated price.
