In keeping with the family tradition I received my Real Estate license in 1998 and went to work selling homes, land, farms, ranches, and commercial property. My Father Jim and I purchased Coldwell Banker Pro West in Medford Oregon, which has been one of the top producing local Real estate companies in Southern Oregon for decades. I was born and raised in Pendleton Oregon and graduated from South Medford High School in 1994 then graduated from Southern Oregon University. I studied for my license and took the test when I was 22, I wanted to have a direction when I was done with college. I am very fortunate because I wake up every day loving what I do and being able to spend extra time with my Father is Priceless.

What areas do I cover? I'd say "The entire Rogue Valley" is a pretty good explanation. I specialize in marketing Residential, Rural Residential, Farms and Ranches, New Construction, Distress Properties such as Short Sales and Foreclosures. I very much enjoy rural property as I love to be out and about. I always have a great time with first time home buyers because they soak in all of the information I give them and are very enjoyable to be around. I also enjoy all aspects of new construction, and have owned several projects of my own.
My goal is to make sure all my clients have a smooth transaction - whether it be selling a home or buying a home. I thoroughly communicate the home buying or selling process and educate my clients on the perils' and pitfalls that may occur along the way in order to prevent them from becoming overwhelmed. It should be an enjoyable process and I intend to keep it that way.
