Not your ordinary real estate agent. I have done everything from babysitting the children during the closing appointment to painting the entire inside of a home and staging it to assure that my clients got the price they wanted. Customer service is my first piority, and it starts with really listening. Currently, I have a Eco Broker certification and am building a network of "green vendors." I am also e-certified through Prudential which means I enjoy and use the internet and technology a great deal! I really think the internet offers new opportunities and direction for real estate. Doing business with distressed property owners and handling mostly short sales as both a listing agent and selling agent has been both rewarding and challenging; I was one of the first of 30 that attained the Certified Distress Property Expert designation. I am a REALTOR and served on the Committee for Public Relations and Community with the Seattle-King County Assocaition of REALTORS. I feel that it is very important to educate the public and your clients about their rights, responsibilites and my function as their agent. I do hold myself to a high standard of excellence in service and commitment. Currently I am with Snohomish Camano Association of REALTORS, my "home" office is in Lynnwood, and I reside in the beautiful Methow Valley where I continue to provide outstanding service to all my clients.
