Cheryl Moskovkin is a licensed real estate agent seeking individuals who understand the benefits of investing in real estate. In 1997 she earned a series 7 &  63 license in securities and spent 7 years working with high net worth individuals in one of the most dynamic markets we have seen. In 2006, Cheryl became a real estate agent in Georgia, and in less than one year gained more than $60,000.00 in equity in three properties. Soon she will have her Florida license as well, and is currently involved in a short sale in Florida that could generate approximately $100,000.00 in equity if completed. Cheryl has a B.A. from the University of Vermont, in Russian language and literature. She continued her studies and taught for over four years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a M.A. in 1991. She was elected to the National Honor Society in her junior year of High School, and at the University of Vermont, was faculty elected to be on TOWERR:  The Organization of Women Exemplifying Reason and Responsibility.  Additionally, Cheryl has 12 years of experience in business marketing and more than 9 years in financial services. Because Cheryl has studied and traveled in several parts of the world, she is very attuned to many cultural issues and values diversity. Fluent in Russian and comfortable with conversational German and French, her current goal in this area, is to learn to speak Spanish. She supports the Salvation Army and Dress for Success. In addition to real estate and various other accomplishments, Cheryl feels very blessed and takes pride in her three wonderful sons. Her family currently resides in North Forsyth County near Lake Lanier in the foothills of the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains.
