2. LOYALTY TO YOU:
I promise to always do what is in YOUR best interest. I have turned down short sales (and the potential to make commissions) when I thought that it would not be in the client’s best interest. If I get a short sale approval but cannot get the full lien released, I will walk away from the deal (and give up any commission) to save you.
I will try to make all transactions as stress-free as possible, be it a short sale, a standard sale of house, or a purchase. I promise that I or somebody in the office will return all your calls and emails within 24 hours, usually sooner. I will clarify and explain anything that you have questions about, including the short sale process, the short sale approval letter, the escrow documents, etc. I will give you regular updates at least once a week to let you know exactly where we are in the short sale process. If I don’t know the answer, I will find it for you, or I will refer you to somebody who can give you the answer.
