I began my New York career in the 70's .I decided to get involved with a tangible product:  your home. These years of experience in  RE are very useful in valuating a property, negotiating a deal and finding creative financing solutions.
Alfonso has long held  fascination for real estate since owning his own firm back in 1980 in Queens N.Y. After graduating in Accounting and Business Administration  we established a susccessfull parnership  business with a   men from India selling commercial and foreclosure properties for banks. All the while, we gained valuable experience  in renovation and property management which also came naturally with the territory and full-service approach to serve clients seeking a great home or investment property. All this are topped off by our  personal investments success in both New York City and the suburbs.
Alfonso was a Charter Member of Interamerican  Lions Club.  Since his arrive in 1990, has lived and worked in Manhattan and has enjoyed a career as a highly successful BROKER and marketing professional. He believes the Real Estate business provides the ideal setting in which we can  express his exceptional entrepreneurial skills. In addition, ALFONSO brings to Real Estate an added combination of hands-on experience in the fields of Real Estate International Counseling for his world wide  clientele. Originally from Colombia, traveled the world to see it on his  own and talk with clients:London,Athens,Madrid,Singapur,HongKong,Bangkok,Sydney,New Delhi,before settling in the greatest New York City. Fluent in English, Spanish, he communicates well with people of all kinds and works as effectively with a local , domestic  clientele as he does a following of international investors.
