Cindy was recruited by Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group Realtors 10 years ago to take over their fledgling Concierge Service.  For the previous 20 years she had managed small and big-box specialty retail stores with much success. Exceptional customer service is learned by doing, by listening and empathisizing. Your customer must SEE that you care. Once you master it, repeat business is automatic.

As the Concierge, her job focus is to maintain a list of preferred vendors upon which clients and realtors can rely. Free estimates are required for any home repairs. The list includes hotels, temporary housing, inspectors, restaurants, movers, child care, insurance, handyman, painters, etc.

The Concierge maintains relations with the utility companies, internet, cable and satellite providers and transfers these services for the clients.  Much research is needed in new developments and rural areas, but research is one of her strengths.  

Community information is always updated.  Cindy maintains a vast network of community resources that is put to good use when charting school information, senior services, local events, family services, etc. for Coldwell Banker clients in the area.
