I am a CPA with over 20 years of experience in accounting and taxes. My firm specializes in helping small to mid-sized companies improve their cash flow, improve their bottom line and decrease their tax obligations. There are many tools used by larger companies that can be used by small companies as well.
Our practice is centered on helping small businesses succeed. This often spreads to helping business owners manage their personal financial affairs and assist with tax planning and preparation.
I am also a real estate investor that encourages my clients to own real estate. Real estate ownership can provide many tax advantages. I also caution investors to seek appropriate advice and teach them what it means to be a landlord along with the benefits and disadvantages that come from leasing real estate.

I began my accounting career with a painting contractor as their full-charge bookkeeper. The job was challenging from the start because some of the original records were destroyed or lost. The company did not have a system in place to understand how profitable jobs were. When I left the company not only did they understand how profitable their jobs were, but they had tools in place to improve their job estimating.
Much of my experience has been in construction related fields, manufacturing, retail and service. I have also worked in several different areas of financial responsibility from full charge bookkeeping to controller.
Our firm has over five years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. Industries served include construction, equipment rental, professional services, retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, restaurant and property management.
