Was a licensed Realtor in the late 80's and early 90's. Sam wants me to get relicenced but I'm struggling to find the time with all the work I am doing. I actually work for a vertical market software company. We write software for the alarm industry. Currently I go out and do conversions from competitors products and new installations and UL listed installations. I have been with the company for a little over 15 years.

Certifications
Self taught just about everything. I have been messing with computers since the Bally game console back in the early 80's, then I had a trash 80. The I graduated to a tandy 1000 with a 20mb hard drive. Wheeee hoooo! Most of what I know I have learned out of a desire to play computer games. So I'm just a teenager trapped in a 40 year olds body. I dabble in a lot, not a master of much, although people always argue with me on this point. I love playing with web stuff, php, asp, html, SEO, and more. I'm still learning so I don't profess to be an expert. Right now I administer my wife's Real Estate Web site and I help other members at the Signature GMAC office deal with many of their questions about their web sites. I think of myself as more of a resource than a serivce lol. I did manage to get an MCSE certification. I wouldn't wish how I did it on my worst enemy, 14 day boot camp. (and I wouldn't recommend it)
