Half my business comes from referrals. About a quarter of my sales are on behalf of Canadian clients looking to escape the snow. And about half of my business is in the area's retirement communities such as Westbrook Village, Ventana Lakes, the Sun Cities, Arizona Traditions, Sun Village and Corte Bella.

In general, Tobey and I specialize in residential real estate in the following communities: Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Phoenix, Avondale, Anthem, Goodyear, Litchfield Park and points in between.

Tobey also specializes in sleeping 21 hours a day, begging for food, ordering mocha shakes from Arby's and ice cream cones from McDonalds and whimpering until he's put on the bed to go to sleep.
