Thanks for being curious about who we are...In a nutshell, I am the product of a solid American farm family from New Mexico.  I was raised in Roswell (where the aliens landed).  My sisters always thought I wasn't from this planet (that's another story entirely). I put in my time at Texas Tech University(Go Red Raiders) in Lubbock, Texas and earned a business degree.  In 1972 I moved to Portland, Oregon to see if I could convince my girl to marry me!  She did and 3 kids later we are still celebrating. 

I migrated through the graphic arts industry by investing 20 years developing my skills as a sales guy and manager.  Printing is certainly a different industry than it was in 1972, thanks to the digital revolution.

Now, I am honing skills as a realtor and company owner planted squarely in another kind of revolution:  economic.  What an interesting time we live.

I own real estate and understand the benefits and challenges of this endeavor.  This helps me "get it" when I am talking with an investor who is facing similar challenges and choices.  We use some sophisticated analysis tools to see around some of the corners and rely on solid experience to see around the others.

I have a certification as a Residential Mobility Consultant.  This helps when looking for the right home when the client is mobility-challenged.

Also, I am certified as Certified Distressed Property Expert.  Many owners and buyers are interested in learning more about choices and opportunities in the grey area of buying or selling a distressed property.
