Dan Kruse has been an industrial real estate broker since 1982, and while associated with Grubb & Ellis and Schneider Commercial Real Estate achieved numerous awards for being a top producer. Dan has been a principal owner of Lee & Associates for over fifteen (15) years specializing in owner representation and user representation in the Orange County marketplace. Dan has brokered hundreds of transactions encompassing virtually every industrial street in Orange County in sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 230,000 square feet.

Born in Orange County, Dan attended Anaheim High School and graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1982 with a BA in Business Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
