With 20 years of banking and mortgage experience, Diana provides litigation support and specialized research in all real estate matters involving mortgage disputes. Her training and background is in business banking, banking law, state and federal compliance and fraud detection with concentrations in Veterans Administration lending and other specialty programs.
 
Through in-depth analysis of distressed markets, Diana has developed first hand and front line experience to identify the trends and statistics that weaken financial plans and business strategies.
 
A board member of the Florida Quality Council, Diana is available to speak about critical issues in distressed real estate and the banking crisis at professional and consumer seminars. She delivers timely information in a well-informed, engaging fashion about critical issues in today’s economy through comprehensive training seminars for professionals and consumers on general topics or tailored to specific business needs.
 
Diana earned her Bachelor’s Degree from State University of New York at Buffalo, B.A. with High Honors in May 1992 in Economics/ Political Science and completed graduate courses in International Studies, Statistics and Research Methods. Although currently inactive in direct mortgage originations, her financial licensing, training and continuing education has been completed successfully through NMLS (2010), Florida Office of Financial Regulation (2004), NYS Banking Department (1996-2008), and Citibank Corporate Training (1992-1996). Her Real Estate licensing, training and continuing education is from the Florida Real Estate Commission and IFREC Real Estate Schools (2006-present). Diana’s real estate license is currently registered with Charles Rutenberg Realty.

Diana Cessna currently lives in Florida with her husband and son. She is a volunteer at The Brandon Outreach Clinic and an active Rotarian. She is committed to improving business efficiency, consumer advocacy and financial education nationwide.
