I love being a licensed Realtor who works with buyers. Buyers feel safe with me helping them find the best home for their needs and within their price range. I don't get paid until my clients successfully come to closing so it is easy to make the whole experience all about them.
And, I love working as a licensed Realtor who lists homes for sale. Having been the CEO of several real estate companies, I have training that many Realtors never receive to help my clients with pricing, marketing, and negotiating.
I also am a real estate coach to other agents and brokers. Before RE, I was owner and director of a retreat & training center known for cutting edge team building for schools, corporate teams, and Division 1 sports teams, I bring experience in managing and leading people to my clients as well as managing time and focusing energy.
The current market provides a huge opportunity for agents who are willing to practice the discipline and learn the skills required to succeed in this business. A coach who will guide and hold accountable is a key to success.
Coaching is all about helping people make the changes they need for the results they desire. As a Realtor, I coach my clients through the process of selling or buying a home. As a professional coach, I focus on my clients' needs and desires. Recognizing and replacing limiting beliefs, identifying personal strengths and maximizing them, defining what they want out of life or career, and helping clients to arrange their lives to make it happen is my passion.
