Roots-Legendary Chef Brad Root created a winner with the emphasis on local and fresh.

Hudson's Bar and Grill- It's located in a parking lot (I kid you not), so ignore the location.  It's a fabulous place and you'll the interior and food.

Grays at the Park - Located in the Hilton in downtown, you won't be disappointed.

Lappellah - Another Brad Root restaurant. Need I say more?

                              Portland, Oregon

The Rose City is so close and offers many treasures to surrounding communities. Portland is the Minneapolis to St. Paul. But, for some reason, Vancouver and Portland officials haven't figured out how to  work together to promote both cities. Regardless, I'm a big fan and love to visit it often. Some highlights include OMSI, The Oregon Zoo, The Children's Museum and many great shops and restaurants.

                             Seattle, Washington

The Emerald city sits about 3 hours (driving) north of Vancouver. This beautiful city is surrounded by water and mountains. It's a fabulous place to visit and any trip must include Pike Place Market.

  Marketing Matters

As a former broadcaster and local newswoman, I know about niche marketing and branding. It's huge, and it's how to get your listing noticed. Here's an example of the lengths I'll go to get the word out!  This ad, about 7 years old now, was within my first couple of years in Real Estate. I used my Radio Name Branding and the popularity of "The Donovan and Debb Show,"  to get my listings attention.  The ad varied, but always ended with, "The Bottom Line" - (yes, pun intended) - Debb will get you noticed.  Our local newspaper said they had lots of requests from area realtors asking for a similiar campaign. Big problem, it was MY campaign. Let's explore how my marketing concepts can help you sell your house.

And a bit more about me...see why this is at the end?  The last thing I want to do is bore with  details ABOUT ME. But, if you're interested. I grew up in Alaska and the Northwest. My upbringing has instilled in me a great love of the outdoors, family and ethics. It's a strong foundation that governs my life and my actions. I am a believer in the "Golden Rule," and that is how I operate as an individual and as a Realtor. My clients needs always come first. And that's the way it should be.

By the way, I also believe in good communication, listening carefully and speaking mindfully.  It's also important to be available. I may not answer immediately, but I generally get back to most anyone pretty quickly (usually within the hour).   If not, I'm out of cell range and will get back to you as soon as technically possible. And yes, I email and text too, so feel free to use a variety of options if you're trying to reach me.  Just so you know, my clients tell me how much they appreciate my frequent calls and accessibility.  I always do a weekly check in with my listing clients--just to update them on marketing progress or discuss feedback from showings.

I would not hesitate to refer them. Greg and Judy Spear - Camas, Washington

We were thrilled with the service. Debb was available anytime for any and all concerns we had during the search for our new home.
