Dale knowledge of Real Estate experience range from first time home buyers, Luxury homes, and investment properties. This vast experience with so many differently types of Real Estate gives him an advantage over other Realtors. His insight allows him to envision a problem solving strategies that will help you find the best solution for Real Estate transaction. I originally started in Real Estate as investor. I tried to buy and sell homes without using a Realtor and going the FSBO route. Real Estate is a lot like medical field, you can do a few minor things but sooner or later you will need someone that actually knows what they are doing. As the years went by I jumped into the rental market and learned more lessons than I cared to learn about owning a rental property. From luxury homes to first time home buyers and investors, I can make your Real Estate transaction a smooth as possible. I believe that when you are picking a Realtor, it is best to find someone that has been down that road several times so they can help you avoid the pot holes.
