Many years ago when I met my husband, it was our goal to eventually move to Florida. It has been over 25 years since we decided to escape the long, cold, snowy, northern winters and make that dream a reality. We settled on Cocoa Beach and never looked back!
We were lured here by the friendly, small town atmosphere and all this area has to offer. Sun, surf and sand are abundant but boating, fishing, kayaking, golfing, relaxing by the pool or enjoying a good dinner at a nice restaurant are also options. We like the proximity to Orlando for easy access to the airport, attractions, shopping, concerts, night life, etc. The old real estate expression “Location, Location, Location” perfectly describes the Cocoa Beach area!
In 2008, I achieved another long term goal when I earned my real estate license. I believe in specializing in what you know and, since I’ve lived and worked on the beach for so many years, I consider myself an expert on the local area. It is only natural that the majority of my business is here on the Brevard County beaches, from Cape Canaveral to Melbourne Beach.
I earned my SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification to keep pace with the specialized distressed property market and to better assist my customers who are interested in buying or selling a distressed property. We have an abundance of rentals in the Cocoa Beach area (both seasonal and long term) and I do my share of listing and leasing rentals. I am also certified in Property Management to provide added value for owners of the properties that I list. Education is a life long process and I will continue to add other areas of specialization as needed.
One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is meeting people from all over the world, from all walks of life and introducing them to our area and all it offers. Whether you are relocating, looking for a second home or investment property, please contact me to discuss your situation and how I can help.
