Get to know Frank DiLauro
My wife, Susan,and I have lived and worked in the real estate industry in Southern Orange County for over 30 years. We are Broker-Owners of Regency Real Estate Brokers, and also owners of Regency Escrow and Legacy Mortgage. i am an NAR CRS (certified Residential Specialist). Over the years I have served as the President of the local Association of Realtors, have been a California State Director of the California Association of Realtors, and served many leadership roles in the community.
Personally, I was previously an Engineer, with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree. We have married sons, and just became proud grandparents for the first time. We have made our home in the beautiful Community of Coto de Caza since 1989.
What we are most proud of, however, are the many clients who have become loyal to us over the years. Over 90% of our clients were referred to us by other clients. There is no better validation of our dedication and results than that. We also are proud to be owners of one of the most respected and successful Real Estate Companies in Orange County.

The one constant in the Real Estate market is that it is ever changing. The only way to survive as long as we have in this arena is to be able to anticipate the market and be prepared to assist our clients in dealing with issues of the day.
In today's market the major issues are distressed properties and buyer opportunities. We have become recognized experts in assisting clients with "Short Sales", for example. Our success ratio is dramatically higher than most. More important, our clients in that situation are treated with the dignaity and respect they deserve. Our current market absolutel favors buyers, be they first-time,move-up, or investors. We have the tools and the contacts to get these and all buyers the best opportunities possible, and with the least hassle. We're good, just ask our clients.
A market like our current one also is great for real estate investment. Prices are very low, interest rates at all time lows, and rents are actually rising.
