About Donna Let me introduce myself. My name is Donna Matula and I am a full-time, real estate professional! I have listed and sold properties in this area for over 28 years and have a great knowledge of Southbury, Woodbury, Middlebury, Oxford, Watertown and the surrounding towns, as I have spent my entire life here. I work well with sellers, since I give them the personal attention they deserve. After being in real estate this long, I have the ability to "see" a property through the eyes of a buyer and will be able to tell you if anything should be done to enhance your property and make it even more desirable. When I list a property I go to work for YOU (the seller) -- we work together! I pay attention to detail and try to make an emotional time easier for you. I am with you through every step in the process and negotiate in YOUR best interest. I look forward to meeting you. When I work with buyers, I listen. I pay attention to what they want and learn through their feedback what type of property they want. I receive many internet leads and am able to work with those people who want to choose the properties they want to view, as well as those that want to leave the properties they view up to me. My years of working in real estate have given me experience at every price range. I can help you too! Over the years I have gained the following designations -- GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ePro (Internet Proficiency Course), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I have also taken many professional development courses. And, I teach the Real Estate Principles and Practices Course at a local Community College.
