Professional Experience-Retired U.S. Submarine Officer-26 years. So moving, selling and buying homes was a part of my life for many years as my family were required to move around the country. Lyda my wife and I picked East Tennessee to relocate to in 1992, and we fell in love with the area and the people. Having no prior connections to the area we soon got involved with Loudon County, helping start Habitat for Humanity in Loudon County, and serving as President 1998-1999. President of Lenoir City/Tellico Rotary Club 2001-2002. President of Loudon/Monroe Assoc. of Realtors 1996-1997. President of Loudon Chapter of Realtors & KAAR Director 2001-2003. Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation- Director 2003-2008. Director of the Loudon County Visitors Bureau 2004-2009, currently Vice Chair. Director- Lenoir City 100 for Economic Development.

Relocation, as I've had lots experience doing this and understand the stress involved with cross country moves. I've represented both Buyers and Sellers alike with excellent skills in negotiation.
As past Licensed Contractor I possess skills in new home construction, terms and working with contractors.
As Principal Broker I believe I should set the example for Education and therefore attend classes regularly, and expect my agents to do the same. We should continually learn as the Real Estate market changes.
