I earned my broker’s license in 1986 when I first got into real estate since I had my Bachelor’s degree (so I did not have to have two years’ experience before sitting for that exam).

I jokingly say that I was like the three little pigs moving from the house of straw to the to the house of sticks to the house of bricks since I started with a small single office company then moved to a Saddleback Valley company with six offices to now a multinational company that numerous offices.

I have won many awards and recognitions but I always say that it is not about me – it is about my clients… you are number 1 with me!

I have sold from mobile homes to condos to cooperatives to townhomes to single family homes to estate properties to vacant land.

And I have encountered every possible situation and challenge over my 31 years of helping people like you.

I have personally helped people to buy, to invest in and to sell hundreds of properties over almost three decades.

I have lived in Saddleback Valley got over 30 years. I have raised my children here.

My ministry is my business and how I can best serve my customers.
