"Before opening a Ductz Franchise, Neal started his career by enlisting in the US Marines and served on active duty for 4 years which included 1 year in Okinawa Japan and 3 years at Camp Pendleton in California. Following that, Neal started his civilian career in the foundry business. The first 5 years as a patternmaker and then promoted into engineering, designing steel castings until the plant closed about 6 years ago. Neal then moved into the family business which specializes in the importing and distribution of tile tools from Italy, where He served as the Vice President of Operations. His Entrepreneurial spirit finally got the best of him and he decided to go into business for himself! Now Neal, his Wife Ann, & Son Michael, are very proud to bring the services of DUCTZ to SE Wisconsin.
