Mission Statement
"In every situation, we put ourselves in your shoes. We focus on giving you the same level of care and attention in the sale or purchase of your home as we use in the buying or selling of our own home. We strive to exceed your expectations! Our goal is to be your real estate consultant for life!"

Dan's business philosophies are the following:

You'll know that I always put your best interests first before, during and after your transaction. I'll tell you what you NEED to hear; not what you may want to hear.

You'll define what's important to you. Then we'll form a strategy to keep you focused on your needs.

You'll have a skilled negotiator working on your behalf. I'll treat your money like it's my money; getting you the best price and terms possible.

You'll benefit by my keeping abreast of the latest trends in the real estate market, because what works today may not work tomorrow. My network of top-producing Realtors and lenders locally and nation-wide keeps me on the cutting edge of technology and marketing, so that you'll benefit in the end.

You'll receive timely and consistent communication, so that you're never in the dark about what's happening with your transaction. You need to know immediately if a problem has arisen and what can be done to correct it.

You'll be happy to know that I'll never "sell" you anything. Any decisions are totally up to you. I view myself as your trusted consultant, who can help you through the maze of buying and selling real estate.

You'll have the comfort of knowing that if you ever encounter a problem or have any questions, I'm only a phone call away. Too many people deal with a one-time transactional agent...here today, gone tomorrow. That won't happen with me. I know how to find a solution for you through my resources.

You'll know that you're not alone. I've helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes and I've been through just about every type of situation imaginable.

You'll receive value-added services; to include special offers, free consultations, expert advice, contractor recommendations and more. Putting you in touch with the best people possible in any field will allow you timely results and fewer problems.

You'll be glad to refer your family and friends to me, because I'll take great care of them. I realize that recommending someone close to you is a risk that you don't want to "come back and bite you". That's why I'll keep you updated on what's happening with your referrals.

Dan's Points of Difference:

Most agents only end up selling between 20 - 40 homes during their career.Dan has been involved in over 800+ home transactions so far! Many agents lack the experience or training to handle problems when they arise.Dan has seen about every problem imaginable and has the connections to help solve about all of them! Certifications

I have been involved in residential sales of existing homes and new construction in the greater Cincinnati area since 1985.

I counsel both buyer and seller clients and strive to help them determine the best strategies for their individual situations.

I also teach home buying and home selling classes to the general public and have been doing so since 1987.

A lot of my business now is repeat and referral business as well as Realtor referrals from around the country.  I always have an initial consultation with the potential client to determine if I can help them achieve their real estate needs.  If I believe that a referral to another agent is best-advised based on location or the client's motivation, I will make the referral.  I have a network of local real estate professionals, who I can call upon to assist my clients, for example, if a referral wants to purchase an investment property, that's not my specialty, so I refer them to my investment property specialist.  I believe in having a quality base of active clients - a manageable number of clients at one time vs. having too much quantity.  I only represent the number of clients I feel I can handle at one time.

Instead of being a real estate 'sales'person, I consider myself to be a real estate consultant, who will guide my clients throught the real estate process by giving them valued advice and then it's up to my clients to determine what decisions they want to make.
