I specialize in helping clients with the purchase and sell of residential real estate such as, resale, short sales, bank owned, new construction, and HUD. I have over 31 years of problem-solving experience, excellent communication skills, and compassion needed to adapt and succeed in this challenging market.
I am an Associate Broker in Maryland and a Notary Public. I am also a member in good standing with Prince George's County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS). My Services as Your Buyer's Agent:
Explain the home buying process.
Show homes found by you and myself, and prepare comparable data for you to understand current pricing.
Review and explain the Sales Contract, Dislosures, and Addendums.
Present any offers, explain counter-offers, and make sure contract is ratified.
Help schedule home inspections.
Make sure appraisal has been ordered within time frame.
Review Home Owner’s Association or Condo Documents and present them to you for review.
Contact Title Company for updates, such as title or survey issues.
Contact mortgage lender to make sure loan is in process.
Resolve Buyer or Seller issues that may delay closing or void the contract.
Assist with scheduling contractors to evaluate or any repair issues from inspections.
Schedule closing time, walk-through inspections, walk-through issues.
Confirm with Title Company that your loan documents and Seller documents are ready to be signed.
Ensure you have Certified Funds for amount due at closing.
Be available at closing.

Prepare and explain a comparative market analysis (CMA) of your home or property.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including helping to establish asking price, staging, and positioning of the property.
Present all offers, assist you on what price to accept, and negotiate exclusively on you behalf.
Update you on market conditions.
Work closely with you to assure a smooth closing.
Monitor all dates, events and requirements.
Represent your interest at the buyer’s walk-through inspection.
Attend the closing.
