So, I googled "best realtors in Arlington, VA 22204," and after applying these 2 search filters, found that the initial listing of 168 realtors rapidly dwindled down to a more workable 16. Elizabeth was one of my 3 choices to interview because she lived and worked in Arlington (and she has so many certifications listed on her business card she almost needs 2 lines to list them all)! Elizabeth impressed me from the beginning. She was the first realtor to return my initial call; the first one to meet with me; and, by far, the most prepared for our initial meeting. But perhaps what impressed me the most was her ability to deal with the many challenges we faced from showings to open houses to reviewing the contract offer to the inspection and all the way to closing.
